Teaching is a passion, food is just love. In my fourth year of teaching, sometimes I feel like I know it all. Most of the time, I don’t really know anything! With a masters in bilingual and bicultural education, I feel like I should no more. Honestly, I’ve learned in the 4 years I’ve been teaching that experience is the best teacher. The longer I’m in the field, the more I learn and the more I realize I don’t know. Despite that, my creativity pushes the limit. Thanks goodness I can laugh at myself.
As for the food…I just can’t get enough! The whole gluten-free thing took me by storm. I figured the best way to beat was to write about it. Eventually, I hope to strike gold (as in good food), so that I don’t starve and/or crave the wonderous things I just can’t eat! For now, I’m happy just to put my ideas and thoughts out there.
